The Ministry of Agriculture, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, prepared the “Standard Operating Procedures for Research and Release of Genome Edited Plants of Categories of SDN-1 and SDN-2 in Bangladesh” to facilitate the research and release of genome edited crops that meet the needs of the farmers of Bangladesh and consumers.
